School time is around the corner, and as you would imagine, people are busy buying back-to-school items, as learners get set to return to the classroom.
Participants at the ongoing New Vision Education Expo happening at Uganda Institute of Information and Communications Technology in Nakawa, Kampala are taking advantage of their time there to do some shopping for their learners.
Some are buying reading materials from book store Aristoc, who have an exhibition stall at the expo.
Others are buying school uniforms, like at this stall for Gombe Education Service.

Meanwhile, this medical officer from Medipal International Hospital does a medical check-up on a client inside their exhibition stall.
Also at the expo, State House Presidential Initiative on skilling the youth, are showcasing their bridal skills, including facial makeup and hair dressing. The initiative aims at creating jobs for young people.
