It was a colourful day at Best Junior School Kabuuma in Wakiso district as some pupils got confirmed, while others got baptised.
The ceremony was presided over by Fr. Augustine Bukenya assisted by the Rev. Sen. Richard Sserugo from Kibiri Parish. Pupils read scriptures and participated in liturgical singing and dancing.
Fr. Bukenya blessed the children and also asked God to guide and protect the P7 candidates as they prepare to sit for their final examinations.
He also asked parents to encourage the children to pray because through prayer, they receive blessing from God.
Phine Nkuliye, the director, encouraged the children to always pray and love God.
