The state minister for education and sports in charge of primary education has advised leaders in Mitooma district and other parts of the country to prevent school dropouts, especially among girls.

Honourable Joyce Kaducu challenged parents to play their cardinal role of raising useful citizens. She also encouraged schools to promote the culture of reading.

Kaducu made the comments while launching School Community Libraries in Mitooma and Mubende districts. The launch took place at Katerera Central Primary School in Mitooma district.
