There was pomp and glamour at the Vietnam presidential palace in Hanoi as President Yoweri Museveni was being welcomed by his counterpart H.E Nguyen Xuân Phúc recently. Children also welcomed the President waving both the Uganda and Vietnam flags to show unity of the two countries
