As Uganda celebrated 60 years of independence on October 9, Arua district marked the day in Vurra sub-county, Omogoro headquarters. Pupils and students from all over the district participated in the day’s events. Yovan Adriko, the Member of Parliament for Vurra, was the guest of honour.
